Important Notes
- Benefits accumulate — a 50% veteran receives ALL benefits from 0% through 50%.
- CHAMPVA and Chapter 35 DEA require P&T status, not just a 100% rating.
- CRSC and CRDP are for military RETIREES only — they do not apply to all disabled veterans.
- All compensation amounts are 2026 rates for a single veteran with no dependents (30%+ rates increase with dependents).
