Neurogenic bladder/voiding dysfunction is rated based on frequency (daytime voiding interval), need for absorbent materials, or obstructed voiding. Waking 3-4 times per night to void qualifies for 20%. Requiring absorbent materials changed 2-4 times per day is 40%.

Pro Tip: Be specific about how many times you void per day and per night. If you use pads, document how many per day and keep receipts. Incontinence secondary to spinal cord injuries, prostate surgery, or MST is common and well-supported.
