Sciatica is rated based on sciatic nerve paralysis. Most commonly rated at 10-20%. Each leg is rated separately. This is often filed as secondary to a back condition.

Pro Tip: Sciatica secondary to a lumbar spine condition is one of the strongest secondary claims. If your back is service-connected and you have shooting pain down your leg, this should be a separate claim โ€” don't let it get lumped into your back rating.
